Terms and Conditions:

• Animals wounded and lost will be paid in full plus 15% VAT.
• If you have aimed and pulled the trigger, you have bought the animal shot at.
• Clients will be responsible for the costs when making phone calls or sending faxes.
• Conservation funds $10 per trophy taken and exported.
• Cites license fees where applicable.
• Permit fees where applicable.
• Rifles hire at $60 per client per day – excluding ammo and cost.
• There is no VAT charged on the trophy fee if the trophies are to be exported under specific regulations set out by the Receiver of Revenue.
• Animals in package that are not hunted or animals that are wounded and lost are subject to VAT.
• Balance of daily rates payable on arrival.
• Visa/Master cards accepted.
• Trophy fees payable at the end of safari.
• Please note: no VAT is levied on dipping and shipping services and/or for the tanning of shipping services and/or for the tanning of skins done.
• Should the trophies be processed in South Africa, VAT is levied between the taxidermy industry and the Receiver of Revenue.
• A Booking Fee will confirm and secure your booking and dates.
• A 50% deposit on the total daily rates to be paid a month prior to arrival.
• The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled; however, the safari may be postponed for one year.
• All payments are in unstained cash.
• An additional 5% commission will be added to the total amount due.

Tariffs Included:

• Pick Up & Drop Off at International Airport.
• Accommodation – Including Full Board.
• Laundry – Days depending on Camp.
• Liquor and Beverages Seved in Camp.
• Full-Time service of a Licensed Experienced Professional Hunter.
• Trained Staff (Trackers & Skinners)
• Hunting Permits & Hunting Licenses (Excluding Cites)
• Field Preparation of Trophies (Skinning, Caping and Salting).
• All Transportation during the hunt within the Hunting Areas (Excluding Air Charter Flights)
• Delivery of Trophies to Taxidermy/Shipping Agent in South Africa.

Tariffs Excluded:

• International & Domestic Airfare.
• Additional Animals hunted, Hunting Permits and License Fees.
• Temporary Import & Export Firearm Permits.
• Trophy fees of Animals Shot or Wounded.
• Rifle Hire.
• Dip & Pack, Taxidermy Fees and Export Expenses.
• Air Charters.
• Accommodation before and/or after the Safai.
• National Park Levies and Gate Fees.
• Conservation Fees.
• Sightseeing Trips.
• Gratuities, Telephone Calls and Curio purchases.
• All insurances.
